Our housemade root beer has quickly become one of the most beloved drinks from our bar at Patty O's. This old timey brew is a concoction of wild sarsaparilla, wintergreen, mint, and white pepper, suffused with molasses.
Step back in time and enjoy root beer the way it was made before mass production.
Ingredients: Demerara sugar, water, molasses, vanilla, various herbs and spices

To prepare our root beer, add one ounce of syrup with five ounces of soda water and mix to combine. add more or less syrup to taste.
