Our Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie starts with our vanilla scented almond sweet crust. The parbaked shell is then filled with a rich, decadent, but balanced caramel made of Cream, European style butter, and plenty of true Kentucky Bourbon. The caramel also features a 64% Guayaquil dark chocolate couverture, and fresh pecan pieces. The baked pie is then ornately studded with jumbo whole pecan halves and finished a bourbon glaze. This may be the world's most refined pecan pie.
