Our custom blend for Patty O's Bakery and Cafe is comprised of coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia, creating a comforting and unique everyday drinking coffee.  The blend was hand-selected by our Patty O's leadership team as it stood out with the approachable rich and chocolatey tasting notes highlighted by the Colombian presence, but expresses unique sweetness and light acidity by the presence of the Ethiopian coffee.  What a splendid treat.  Comfortable, complex, and sophisticated.  We experienced notes of baker's chocolate, apricot, passion fruit.  

Our K-pods are fully Compostable from the out packaging to the pods.
